My Approach

I hold a Diploma in Integrative Counselling from Minster Centre, London, one of the oldest and most respected integrative training courses in the UK. These qualifications are accredited by Middlesex University.

Integrative counselling means that we can explore any current challenges you may have as well as making meaning of your past and early experiences. Integrative counselling can help you to establish a healthy balance between mind and body. This, in turn, may enable you to develop a stronger sense of resilience, awareness and empowerment.

My training has required me to be in personal therapy for six years and I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their guidelines and code of ethics.

Prior to training as a counsellor I gained over twenty years experience working with both corporate and entrepreneurial organisations and am aware of the pressures and demands that business can bring.

I have counselling experience within the NHS and am a volunteer for a mental health charity in North London.
